According to Vietnamese legend, the first King of Viet Nam was protected from his enemies by a golden tortoise which gane him the power of invisibility.

With the desire to acquire these powers for our mission and with the hope to be able to make the invisible more visible, we have made the golden turtle the emblem of the 361st Tactical Electronics Warfare Squadron.
