I received an email from Mike Kahley with the information on this wreck. It had been on the site under Project Hawkeye for some time but I had just never put it all together with these photos. J.C.

Mike writes, There was the time when we crashed on our return to Ubon, when the newly qualified pilot bounced and caught a cross wind that threw us off the runway into a barrier shack and collasped the landing gear, providing us with the ride of our lives. According to my records, it happened on Oct 3rd, 1973 and involved tail number 208, which was later put together by the maintenance crew so that they could fly it out.
