Left - Immediately west of the tower, on the second floor, was the home of the 361st TEWS.
Right - 361st Ops Scheduling, here manned by Capt. M. King. Note the beautiful torch highlighted pine
plywood adorning the wall, a major construction and decorating accomplishment by the first crews transferred
from the 360th to form the 361st.

NOTE: I had to add a bit here, I was one of the few who did this torch work along with the tile floor covering
and also take note that the movie "No Time For Sargeants" with Andy Griffith, gave us the idea of how we could
Mid-night Requisition the plywood right off the supply yard and using their forklift to do it. It was actually
two (2) of the 16x32 foot huts with the canvas top. The part of the kits we swipped were only the plywood and
the two doors and their frames. Your Webmaster, J.C.

Left - Adjacent to Scheduling was the Duty Ops Officers desk, here manned by Lt. Col. Pimentel
Right - "Puff" gunbird undergoing an engine change on the ramp.

Left - Capt. Guertin at his Nav. Station
Right - Flight Mech. (name unremembered) at his aircraft station.
