The fee covers the cost of the Banquet, the Departure Breakfast, the Hospitality Room and refreshments, snacks and beverages and other incidental costs and expenses. This is the same as the cost of the previous two reunions. In the case you must cancel your attendance, the fees can be refunded if I am notified prior to May 1st. The information and the registration fee are needed as soon as possible to make the final arrangements for the events especially the Banquet & Breakfast. The requested information will also aid in gaining access to Wright-Patterson AFB. A list of attendees must be supplied to Base Security four days in advance. A valid base decal from you home base will make entry much easier. I would expect in light of the world situation today that base security will be much more stringent.
The number of attendees and the menu selections need to be provided to the Banquet Facilities, the Officers Club, by May 1st. but the earlier the better for my planning purposes.
