I moved from Saigon to DaNang in the fall of 1972. After only a few days at DaNang several of us were sent to the detacment at NKP. A few days after arrival the detachment was converted to the 361st TEWS and the TDY became a permanent assignment (thank God). I served there until we made a hastey withdrawl in mid-February of 1973.
