I would like to locate Joe Cooper whom I was stationed with at Tan Son Nhut in 1968. I am pretty sure he is from Arkansas. I think the city eas Imboden/Emboden--------not sure of the spelling. The one and only time I went into Siagon was with him after the Tet offensive.
